Computing Account Collection

New students who receive the V-code (please refer to tentative schedule below) from Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) by email and/ or SMS shall use the V-code to get their personal Computing Accounts Information, including the Student ID and OnePass password.

After collecting their computing accounts, students MUST first enroll to DUO 2FA before they can change their passwords or use different University Application systems.

CUSIS – Online Student Registration

They can then logon the Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) to complete their online student registration. Please refer to “Information for New Students” available on or after 1 August 2024 on Registration and Examinations Section homepage for details.

# Some new students may have other online student registration period. They MUST complete the registration procedures in accordance with the date and time specified by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.

CUHK Mobile Pass – Campus Access

CUHK Mobile Pass is a mobile app that lets new students enter the campus with a QR code, besides CU Link Card. CU Link Card is still the official way to show one’s University identity, but CUHK Mobile Pass is more convenient for those who not yet have or forget their CU Link Card.
